Erin traveled to Mingo Creek Road Race in PA on 3/19 and took the win. Sam went to Mingo on 4/5 and she got a 3rd place.
The next race was the very well attended Deer Creek RR. Sam raced solo and got away in a 2 person break and lead out the sprint but she got pipped at the line. Still a great result on a windswept course.
RATL races began on 4/18 and as usual Sam and Erin raced aggressively and that got Sam another win and Erin took 3rd. At RATL#2 on 4/25 Sam took a 4th. At RATL #3 Erin was on the podium again with a 3rd and Sam 4th. There is one more RATL so please wish the ladies luck.
Then the ladies lined up for the Valley Traiining series (also lovingly known as Covered Bridge) witht the A field. With ave race speeds nearing 26mph at each event the ladies got great training and Erin mixing it up in breakaways with Cat.1 and Cat. 3 guys. Nice job stepping up!
